What is your return policy?
IN STORE PURCHASES
- Customer can return non-sale item within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit
- Sale merchandise purchased in store is final sale, unless otherwise noted
ONLINE PURCHASES
- Customer can return both full price and sale items within 10 days of receiving them
- Customer will be refunded for goods if 10 day requirement is met and items are in original condition and in original box or new, protective packaging
- Any sale item purchased online that is 40% off or more is eligible for exchange or store credit only
- For customers who select the “Local Delivery” or “Curbside Pickup” option, there will be a 48 hour grace period during which customer can return said items for a full refund

- For online purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay
Shipping Questions
When will my order be shipped?
- Free ground shipping on all merchandise within the US
- Flat rate of $75 for all international shipments
- Tax only applies to in state orders (tax does not apply to shipments outside of North Carolina)
- Multiple shipping options available upon checkout (including expedited and overnight delivery for an additional charge)
- Shipments will be sent out on the day of purchase unless ordered on a Sunday or holiday (in this case, the order will be shipped on the next business day)
