IN STORE PURCHASES

• Customer can return non-sale item within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit
• Sale merchandise purchased in store is final sale, unless otherwise noted

ONLINE PURCHASES

• Customer can return both full price and sale items within 10 days of receiving
• Customer will be refunded for goods if 10 day requirement is met and items are in original condition
• Any sale item purchased online that is 50% off or more is eligible for exchange or store credit only
• For customers who select the “Local Delivery” or “Curbside Pickup” option, there will be a 48 hour grace period during which customer can return said items for a full refund, or choose the approval option (see below)
• If you wish to return an item, please CONTACT US for a return label
• Please note that we do not offer free return labels on sale merchandise, discounted 50% off more
• For online purchases, we accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay 

We accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase

Your refund will process as soon as the items have been returned to our boutique, in their original condition

Once processed, refunds can take 5-10 days to show up on your card

Most MODA items are made with quality fabrics such as wool, silk, linen and cashmere, so for the most part we suggest dry clean only, with the exception of certain cotton items

We carry brands from across the globe. The majority of our merchandise is made in Italy, however we have some items made in other parts of Europe as well as the Americas

SIZE 38
We typically begin with a size 40, which fits most customers who are a SIZE 2 OR 4, however, if an items runs on the large side, we will order a size 38. A size 38 typically fits like a 2, and we would equate this size to an XS or XXS

SIZE 40
We typically begin with a size 40, which fits most customers who are a SIZE 2 OR 4. We would equate this size to an X-SMALL

SIZE 42
Size 42 is the equivalent of a SIZE 6 or a SMALL. Some size 42s run larger or smaller than others, so be sure to double check the FIT description

SIZE 44
Size 44 is the equivalent of a SIZE 8 or a MEDIUM. Once again. the size 44 can vary. If it says true to size, this means that it is an honest size 8. If the fit is described as a “Relaxed Fit”, it means it is a true size 8 with a looser fitter silhouette

SIZE 46
Size 46 is the equivalent of a SIZE 10 or a LARGE. Depending on the style of the item, a 46 can be more on the fitted or more on the relaxed side. In most cases, the 46 is a true size 10

SIZE 48
Size 48 is the equivalent of a SIZE 12 or an X-LARGE. At the moment, this is the largest size we carry. As we are a small boutique slowly growing our online business, we hope to add more sizes in the future!
